After selecting the game in the menu, click on Settings -> Game Load and from there, look for the Hooktype options. The cIOS must be either 245, 249 or 250 (Try 249 first one should boot up REMIX).
USB Loader GX - Go into the Main Settings -> Load Settings and set your cIOS there. Ocarina should be on and the hooktype should be either "GxDraw," "Atnextframe," "VBI," or "Wii Pad Hook" (If you're a vWii/Wii U user, then I recommend that you try using Wii Pad Hook first as your designated hooktype).
